Alumni ITB ini meraih gelar MBA dari University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA, 1987, sempat mengajar di beberapa lembaga seperti; ITB, LPPM, IMMI, pernah menjadi konsultan di beberapa perusahaan; PT Mitra Mandiri Informatika, PT Erbindo Jayatama dan PT WIjaya Karya, Saat ini sebagai Direktur PT Talisha Graha Nusantara dan juga, Conducting management training program to utilize his spare time on Strategic Management, Financial Management (FINON) and Project Management and SupplyChain Management for Pertamina’s Compulsory Management Training Program and other in-house and public trainings as well.

Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), 1982 Department of Civil Engineering - graduated as Engineer (Insinyur, Ir.), majoring in Structural Design.

(2006 - present) Director of PT Talisha Graha Nusantara, the sole distributor of TMCP Building Systems - Canada, producer of Light Steel Frames building components used in housing and schools resconstruction projects in Nias Island and Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam province as part of the tsunami disaster recovery initiatives.

(1994 - present) Freelance trainer/consultant Conducting management training program to utilize his spare time on Strategic Management, Financial Management (FINON) and Project Management and Supply Chain Management for Pertamina's Compulsory Management Training Program and other in-house and public trainings as well. Since June 2005, he was appointed as a part-time Lecturer at the School of Business and Management of the Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB) in Operation Management Expert Group to deliver Information System and E-Business Marketing classes for Undergraduate program (S1) and Project Management subject for MBA program (S2). Those classes are conducted in English. Later on he was also appointed as a part-time Lecturer since September 2007 at Bakrie School of Management to deliver Business Mathematics, Project Management and Applied Business Computation classes for Undergraduate program (S1).

(1997 - 2006) Manager of Consulting Service Unit of PT Mitra Mandiri Informatika, Jakarta Leading the development of Business Intellingence based on enterprise wide data warehousing system to support strategic decision making, implementing Tivoli System Management to efficiently manage and improve the quality of service of an enterprise IT infrastructure and the development of IT Master Plan for Government & Private Sector. Attached is the list of projects under his supervision and involvement.

(1994 - 1997) Rent-to-manage Consultant as Engineering Manager / Deputy Project Director to the Consortium of PT Erbindo Jayatama and Zhejiang Technical Import & Export Corporation (ZTIEC) of the People's Republic of China Successfully managed Engineering and Procurement aspects of 251 km route 500 kV Transmission Lines project of PT. PLN (State Owned Electric Power Company) from Ungaran (Central Java) to Surabaya Barat (East Java) funded by ADB loan.

(1990 - 1994) Institut Manajemen Mitra Indonesia (IMMI), Jakarta Graduate Program Director for MBA Program, conducted management consulting and training assignment, as well as supporting this institute to obtain the Operating Permit from Ministry of Education and Culture to conduct MBA (later on called MM Program).
